With 4,141 total inches of cooking surface including the vertical chamber, this Durango can deliver big. With unsurpassed versatility, this offset smoker features true dual zone cooking. The horizontal provides that traditional cooking area that is at home from 225° to 350° for the standard big meat cooking. Paired with the vertical chamber that provides the perfect place to hang large cuts or slow smoke that fish or cheese while cooking in the main chamber. The vertical will typically run 75°-100° cooler than the horizontal chamber. A removable Yakitori grill was custom designed and mounted to the rear for that skewered cooking that is popular in Japanese cooking. The double burner on the tongue rounds out this ingenious combination of cookers.
