The Senior Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

The Senior Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines, vehicles and maintenance of equipment for use in facility.
Skills & Knowledge
Since the Senior Maintenance Technician is a skilled position, we require you have experience and/or training. Need strong electrical and mechanical repair skills. Position requires two (2) years’ experience in maintenance and general repair. Operate forklifts when required, repair and upgrade a wide range of material handling equipment, including forklifts and aerial lifts as needed. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Ensure a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties and responsibilities as needed or instructed. Must have organizational skills, computer skill and leadership skills, as this position will be heading up key special projects. Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs; use hands to grasp, finger, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk; hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees may also be required to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds with the assistance of a dolly and another employee.
