Coming through with looks to kill and flavor to match, this custom Chisholm II steals the show in more ways than one. Starting with a 72″ double-door offset smoker boasting 3,150 square-inches of cooking surface, the Chisholm features our Heat Management System — precision engineered to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the pitmaster to govern the temperature zones of the pit. Coupled with Yoder Smokers’ heavy- ¼-inch steel construction, this pit will maintain rock-steady temperatures with balanced, clean smoke for that winning wood fire flavor. The pit also integrates a large, stainless steel prep shelf that spans the width of the cooking chamber with plenty of room to work. And when it’s time for direct grilling the burgers, steaks or chicken, you’ve got the 36″ Crown Verity propane grill mounted curbside in a custom enclosure designed for the trailer, along with dedicated propane storage. Next, dual 60,000 BTU burners are mounted at the rear of the trailer to keep the side dishes rolling and round out this custom powerhouse cooking package. Finally, the Chisholm comes complete with a large slide-out prep/serving table, wood box, storage box with four drawers, cargo area with tie-down rails, and rides on blacked-out aluminum wheels. From onsite catering to the competition grounds, this workhorse is a true jack-of-all-trades.
