With 2,225 sq. inches of cooking space, this Cimarron brings the wood-fired flavor of a traditional offset wood-fired pit but with all the convenience of a pellet cooker. The Yoder Smokers S-Series pellet cookers deliver that coveted thin blue smoke at the push of a button with our patented Heat Management System — precision-engineered to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the pitmaster to effortlessly control the temperature zones of the pit. Heavy ¼-inch steel construction means efficient and consistent heat retention as well as durability that is unmatched. This Cimarron features a custom fabricated lower cooking grate configured to hold 4 aluminum GrillGrates and is designed to sit precisely over the fire for direct grilling. Additional features include a 40-pound hopper with pellet dump, large stainless steel front shelf for prep, storage for pellets and gear in the sealed storage box, electric brakes, polished aluminum wheels, laser cut signage, and a fully self-contained onboard inverter/charger to keep the smoke rolling for a full day without the need for external power.
