The custom Santa Fe trailer is a powerhouse of flavor and efficiency in a mobile format geared for catering or venues with large, hungry crowds. Featuring a 20″ diameter offset wood smoker streetside for the large cuts and large quantities, you have plenty of room for briskets and butts or racks and racks of ribs. Mounted curbside is our 24×48 flat top charcoal grill and dual 60,000 BTU burners. Next, you have secure storage for all your wood, charcoal and supplies in the tongue mounted storage box, as well as a front cargo area with tie-downs and rails. And when it comes to prep or serving the crowd, the Santa Fe’s streetside slide-out table accommodates both. The finishing touch is custom, laser cut signage to proudly display your business or team logo. Hook up, roll out and get the smoke rolling!
