If there ever was the perfect event setup, this custom Santa Fe would be it. Here you have our YS640S pellet grill mounted streetside for smoking the briskets and butts or grilling the burgers and dogs. The versatility of the YS640S brings “low and slow” wood-fired pit flavor together with the ability to grill directly over the flame all in one cooker, maximizing the pitmaster’s range of cooking options. At the rear of the trailer a 30″ commercial-grade Crown Verity propane boast quality, convenience, and on-demand heat— cook on one side and keep things warm on the other, or fire up both sides when needed. Alongside the Crown Verity is a high BTU Summerset side burner for times when boiling is the task at hand. An oversized storage box allows for tools and supplies, as well as propane storage. Need some room for prep? Or maybe a flat surface to serve the crowd? The top of the storage box doubles as a slide-out table with a stainless steel surface and was designed to do just that. Another convenience is dedicated cooler storage on the curbside, complete with integrated tie-downs while traveling to your venue. And when the smoke rolls into the evening, count on the four custom LED light posts to keep the cook going strong. Last but not least, custom-cut signage is affixed to both sides of the storage box so you can display your team name or company logo. All of this in one, compact footprint, allowing for optimal control of your cook and less running around, which means more interaction with your guests.
