Fate Brewing knows what it takes to make the scene and feed a crowd of nearly any size with this Yoder Smokers custom Frontiersman. This custom trailer cuts to the flavor chase with a cavernous 30x72" cook chamber featuring one large door for whole animal cooking, as well as a 38x56" vertical cook chamber with adjustable damper and eight cooking shelves. Inside the main cooking chamber you’ll find a slide-out second level cooking shelf, as well as the Yoder Smokers’ patented Heat Management System — precision-engineered to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the Pitmaster to effortlessly control the temperature zones of the pit to produce that coveted wood fire flavor. Low and slow, hot and fast…this powerhouse smoker is ideal for larger than large cooks. A large, insulated firebox fuels this custom pit creating greater wood fuel efficiency, which means less time on fire management so you can focus on the flavor and your guests. Monitor your cook with integrated probe ports and dual Tel-Tru gauges mounted on the cooker doors, and prep effortlessly on the stainless steel front shelf spanning the length of the main cook chamber. You''''ll find additional prep and serving space with a slide-out table complete with cutting surface, but the convenience doesn''''t stop there. The slide-out tabletop reveals an ample storage box for gear, splits, or anything else you might need within arm''''s reach. Last but not least, two 60,000 BTU gas burners are mounted at the tongue of the trailer for sides and skillets, and secure onboard storage for your propane tank. All this rides on a tandem axle trailer with electric brakes, aluminum wheels, and a full-size spare. Versatility and capability are unmatched when this rig pulls into town!
