First off, you have our YS640S pellet cooker mounted streetside for smoking briskets and butts or grilling the burgers and dogs. The versatility of the YS640S brings “low and slow” wood-fired pit flavor together with the ability to grill directly over the flame all in one cooker, maximizing the pitmaster’s range of cooking options. At the rear of the trailer a 48″ commercial-grade Crown Verity propane grill provides on-demand heat — cook on one side and keep things warm on the other, or fire up both sides when needed. Alongside the Crown Verity is a 30” Le Griddle commercial-grade stainless steel flat top griddle perfect for burgers, veggies, and all those griddle-top faves. An oversized storage box allows for all your tools and supplies, as well as propane storage. But, that storage box also has one very cool feature: room for a keg and tap for the adult beverages! Next, how about some room for prep? Or maybe a flat surface to serve the crowd? The top of the storage box doubles as a slide-out tabletop with a poly cutting board surface and was designed to do just that. Another convenience is dedicated Cambro food storage on the street side and a cooler storage area on the curb side, both complete with integrated tie-downs to secure and keep everything in place while traveling to your venue. And when it’s time to keep the crowds engaged, you’ll have four JL Audio 8” speakers mounted in waterproof enclosures, all driven with a high-wattage amplifier and controlled with Bluetooth connectivity. This custom trailer also features sealed tongue storage box that houses an onboard inverter/battery charger when electric power isn’t readily available.
