Custom Frontiersman

The best of both worlds! This custom Yoder Smokers trailer is equipped with both our Frontiersman "stickburner" offset smoker AND our YS1500S pellet smoker, boasting nearly 4,500 square-inches of combined cooking surface! Both feature our patented Heat Management System — a precision-engineered system to control the balance of heat across the cooking chamber, allowing the pitmaster to effortlessly control the temperature zones of the pit. Coupled with Yoder Smokers’ heavy gauge steel construction, these pits will maintain rock-steady temperatures with balanced, clean smoke for that winning wood fire flavor. The Frontiersman cook chamber measures 30x60" and includes a second level slide-out cooking shelf. The pit is fueled by a large square insulated firebox with the signature Yoder Smokers boiler-style door and includes a propane log lighter to help kickstart the fire. The YS1500S pellet smoker features a 24x42" cook chamber and includes a second level slide-out cooking shelf as well. This pit is pellet driven by the Yoder Smokers ACS Control System featuring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, two integrated food probes for monitoring your cook and a ceramic ignition system. The ACS system is a hyper-intelligent, software-based control system that delivers seamless operation even in extreme cold, wind, or heat, and adjusts for efficiency. Rounding out this custom trailer are conveniences such as stainless steel shelves at the front of each pit, dual temperature gauges mounted on each door, a standard wood box with slide-out table top, and a Cambro mounted with flush tie-downs. The single axle trailer rides on 16" blacked-out wheels with aluminum trim and includes a matching spare.
