Captivating looks aside, the flavor is the real showstopper as low and slow barbecue smokes to perfection in more than 3,200 square inches of cooking surface. Inside the chamber, you have two cooking levels with an upper level slide-out shelf, as well as the Yoder Smokers’ Heat Management System for precision temperature control across the entire cooking chamber. A large insulated firebox creates greater wood fuel efficiency, which means less time on fire management so you can focus on the flavor and your crowd of hungry onlookers. And when it comes to prep, a massive stainless steel front shelf is ready to get it done, and a stainless steel side shelf is there for backup. Aside from cooking, this custom Frontiersman II also has a long list of standout features including a polished chrome stack with custom logo damper, laser-cut custom signage, and a sleek competition cart complete with storage drawers and a heavy-duty winch for loading made easy. The competition cart is painted gloss black, features a pull handle, and rolls on 14” performance tires with chrome wheels.
