Frontiersman II
This Frontiersman II was built with a single door and roll out bottom shelf, designed with whole animal cooking in mind. The rolling shelf allows meat to be easily removed from the pit. The integrated heat management system gives the pit-master exceptional control across the length of the expansive cooking surface. The insulated firebox provides the utmost efficiency for long cooks. The convenience of having the YS640 and the flattop charcoal grill on the same unit allows versatility that will deliver exceptional flavor whether catering a large event, cooking in a restaurant setting, or going for the competition cook.
