This is another great example of how you can take your YS640 to the next level.

There are all kinds of Yoder Smokers fans and we have seen a lot of different requests for customizing and after market additions to Yoder Smokers.  This is another great example of how you can take your YS640 to the next level.

Austin of San Ramon California ordered his Yoder Smokers YS640 with a silver competition cart in mid July. And right after placing the order he started to work on some special embellishments for the grill.

An HVAC tech by trade, Austin had access to sheet metal and related tools. He likes to work with metal as a hobby. He is also a huge Raiders fan. In fact he’s a season ticket holder. So it’s no surprise that he chose to support his favorite team by adorning his favorite grill.

The back of the Yoder has the team city, Oakland. The front has a large round team medallion with the pirate logo in the center. The metal was painted with the same color that was used on the cart and attached using high heat resistant magnets.

Even though it’s just arrived, Austin has already put his YS640 to work with bacon and soon, pork butts. He knows it’s going to be put to good use during an upcoming Raider’s tailgate party.

Shout out to Austin’s local dealer where the grill was ordered, Diablo Grills in Walnut Creek, CA.

We love to see what creative ideas the members of our Yoder Nation come up with for their pellet grills. And if you need a bit of help personalizing your Yoder Smokers, contact us!
