Spatchcock Turkey

I spatchcocked the bird, marinaded and seasoned it.

It’s almost turkey time and Greg Mrvich with Ballistic BBQ has given us a great spatchcock turkey recipe to make cooking your bird easy.  He’s cooked up a delicious 12.5 pound turkey on the Yoder YS640 Pellet Cooker in this video.
