Game Day Pizza Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound cooked and drained hamburger meat (you can use sausage too of course).
 - 2 blocks cream cheese.
 - 1 bag (or more if you like) shredded Mozzarella cheese.
 - Pizza/spaghetti sauce of your choosing (I added one whole jar or so but I like sauce haha).
 - Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, sautéed onion, green pepper, etc.)
 - A few dollops of ricotta cheese for extra creaminess.
 - Your favorite pizza spices (red pepper flakes, dried oregano, etc.)
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature
 - Prep your ingredients if need be, ie sautéed onion
 - Preheat your Yoder Smokers grill to 275 degrees
 - Place all ingredients except spices into the cooking container of your choice and mix
 - Finally, top with your favorite pizza spices
 - Put the pan into the smoker and let it go for about 2 hours, stirring about every half hour
 - Serve it up with Italian bread and enjoy!
