Pork Chop & Eggs Recipe
“This whole meal came together very quickly and just goes to show how well you can eat, even in a time crunch.” Justin from @electricmice on Instagram shares his egg-topped pork chops recipe off his Yoder Smokers YS640S pellet grill, and it looks like perfection. These chops are paired with a side of pan-grilled green beans infused with fresh garlic slices and a touch of olive oil. Thanks for sharing this one, Justin!

INGREDIENTS
- Fresh chicken breasts
- Thick-cut pork chops
- Fresh-cut green beans
- Neil Sarap Gourmet Lemon Pepper
- Fresh garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Feta Cheese
- Eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your Yoder Smokers grill to 350°F — For this cook I used oak hardwood pellets
- While the grill is coming to temp, thinly slice some fresh garlic and season the pork chops with the gourmet lemon pepper rub
- Heat up a pan on the stove, add some olive oil and drop in the green beans along with some of the sliced garlic
- Get the pork chops onto the grill over direct flame, flipping as needed until an internal temp of 140°F
- Toss the green beans in the pan until the garlic is browned, then remove and sprinkle with sea salt and feta
- While your pan is still hot, fry your eggs (perfect with the garlic infused oil already in the pan!)
- Top your pork chops with one egg each and plate with the green beans. Enjoy!
