Big Mac Pizza on the Yoder

But let’s be real—I also love pizza. So I figured, why not combine the two into something bold, cheesy, and straight-up crave-worthy? That’s how this Big Mac Pizza was born. Grilled to perfection on a Yoder Smokers wood-fired oven, it’s got all the fast-food flavor you love, built on a crispy, smoky pizza crust that takes it to a whole new level. If you’re into burgers, pizza, or just creating killer food on your smoker, this one’s for you.”

INGREDIENTS

Crust:
  • Urban Slicer Outdoor Grilling Dough
  • Flour
  • Corn Meal or Semolina
  • Special Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Real Mayo
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tsp of Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 tsp of Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp of Grated Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp of Yellow Mustard
  • Toppings:
  • 4 Grilled Hamburger Patties
  • 4 Slices American Cheese
  • Sliced Yellow Onion
  • McDonald's Fries
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Follow dough instructions on Urban Slicer bag. One bag will make two pizzas.
    2. Once ready, get your dough rolled out onto a lightly floured surface using both the Semolina flour and regular flour, preferably a cutting board.
    3. Preheat your Yoder to 300 degrees with the Wood-fired Oven in place.
    4. Mix all the special sauce ingredients together into a bowl and spread it onto the dough.
    5. If you haven’t already, grill up some burger patties.
    6. Once the burgers are done, top pizza dough with them followed with American Cheese and sliced yellow onion.
    7. Place the pizza into the Yoder Smokers Wood-fired Oven. Should take approx 6 minutes or so running smoker at approx 275-300 degrees. The pizza stone will be much hotter.
    8. Once pizza is done, bring inside and more special sauce, a few more onions, pickles, shredded lettuce, and some McDonalds French Fries!
    9. Slice and serve!
