INGREDIENTS

  • Club Crackers
  • Whipped Chive & Onion Cream Cheese
  • Bacon slices
  • Smoked sausage, sliced
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Your favorite BBQ rub
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Spread: Spread whipped chive & onion cream cheese on each Club cracker.
    2. Assemble: Top each cracker with bacon, smoked sausage, and a pineapple chunk.
    3. Season: Sprinkle generously with your favorite BBQ rub.
    4. Smoke: Run your smoker at 250°F and cook until the bacon is crispy and the pineapple is caramelized, about 2½ hours.
    5. Rest: Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
