F&W: Best Professional Grade Pellet Grill

They recently put 19 pellet grills through several common cooking scenarios, assessing them in categories from assembly to heat recovery. The Yoder Smokers YS640S was chosen as The Best Professional Grade Pellet Grill. Right out of the gate it was dubbed, “a workhorse of a smoker, designed for volume and efficiency”. Its 20-pound pellet hopper and large grilling area were put to the test and a large meal was prepared with “room to spare”. And due to our highly efficient circuit board design, the time it took the Yoder to reach temperature and recover heat, outpaced most models reviewed. Food & Wine also regarded the YS640S a great grill for searing.
