INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 1 Package of Bacon
  • Cheese (your choice)
  • Jalapenos
  • Prairie Smoke and Spice all purpose rub and Blue Ribbon sweet sauce
  • Toothpicks or Skewers
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Roll ground beef into meatballs and stuff each with cheese and jalapeno slices.
    2. Wrap each ball with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick or skewer.
    3. Season all over with your favorite rub.
    4. Fire up your smoker to 250°F.
    5. Smoke the MOINK Balls for about 2 hours, glazing with your favorite BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes if you like.
