The Outlander cart is engineered for stability and ease of movement and is available with two wheel configurations to match how you use your cooker. The standard wheel package features 10” black powder-coated steel wheels with 6.5” wide tires, creating a narrower footprint that is ideal for patios, decks, and tighter spaces where a more compact setup is preferred. This configuration still delivers smooth, controlled mobility while maintaining a stable, planted feel during operation.
For those requiring increased mobility across varied terrain, the upgraded option incorporates the 10” aluminum wheel and 18” tire package from our larger Outlander models. This configuration increases ground clearance and widens the cart footprint for improved stability. The larger diameter, heavy-duty tires allow for smoother transport across uneven surfaces such as gravel, grass, and patio transitions.
A reinforced frame and steering axle system support mobility without compromising structural integrity. The steering axle assembly incorporates tie-rods, delivering one of the tightest turning radiuses available in the industry.
